1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. We believe this gives you time to ensure the product meets your expectations.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at bhoomipureoils@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- Or the wrong item

5. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items purchased on sale
- Gift cards

6. Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way is to:
- Return the item you have
- Once accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like instead
7. European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund
