Customers are requested to go through all the specifications, drawings, and terms before signing the order. Additional charges will be applicable for any chnages made after confirmation. Order once placed cannot be canceled as the products are customer specific and the advance amount will not be refunded.

No warranty on fabric

Dust the cane using a soft cloth or duster. Clean cane surfaces with a damp cloth. Refrain from using strong cleaning agents. Avoid direct exposure to heat or sunlight. Use only a damp cloth for cleaning teak wood; avoid chemicals. Vacuum fabric surfaces periodically. Returns will only be accepted within 24 hourse of delivery in case of damaged goods.
